 What size socks do I need?

Having manufactured socks for as long as we have, we know just how important the fit is so we have put together a handy size chart here. If for some reason your gorgeous new socks don’t fit quite the way you would like contact us and we will sort it out for you asap.

Do you offer socks in larger sizes?

We realise that in many cases One Size does not always fit all, so while we do not offer all socks in a larger 14+ size range we have made an effort to choose our most popular styles and make them available to a larger footed market. If you cannot see them online for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us.

Are all of your socks New Zealand Made?

Our pride and joy are our New Zealand Made lines, however like all good businesses our first thought is always for our customer. It is with this in mind that we source a number of imported products for price point and variation to supplement our range. Rest assured however that we hold our overseas manufacturers to our own standards of product quality and we regularly visit to ensure ethical and moral standard and held as well. Finally, we do clearly mark our imported product with their place of manufacture so if you would like to solely support New Zealand Made products you can do so with ease.

Are all of your socks Merino Wool?

We love Merino and the vast majority of our socks are primarily Merino however we also know that many sock lovers prefer a variety in their sock drawers. Keeping everyone in mind we have socks in Merino, Wool Blend, Cotton, Coolmax, Climayarn and NuYarn®. If you are in doubt about what your favourite pair are made of, please check the composition listed with each style.

How do I care for my socks?

All of our socks come with washing instructions on their labels, please make sure you follow them closely to get the best out of your socks. However as a general rule of thumb these are the things to remember;

Turn socks inside-out.
Machine wash on gentle cycle in warm (<40º) or cool water(<20º).
Use mild soap; no bleach or fabric softener.
Do not tumble dry.
What Guarantees do you offer?

We proudly stand behind our manufacturing quality just as we have since 1901. If you find a fault with your socks or are not happy with them for any reason, first and foremost get in touch with your retailer. If you purchased them direct from us then take some photos and drop us an email so we can see the issue, we will be in touch as soon as possible to sort it out for you.


What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard cards.

How can I check my order status?

After placing your online order you will get a confirmation email from us with order details, within 24 hours of that you will get a shipping email with the status of your parcel complete with link to the tracking details. Keep an eye on that link and if your parcel exceeds the ETA get in touch with us and we will sort it asap.

If you do not receive any of these emails, first check your junk/spam folder, if there is nothing waiting for you there then call or email us straight away.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order call us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we will refund you your full amount. If your order has been shipped but not delivered we will refund you the full amount less shipping and we will get the parcel re-directed to us. If your parcel has arrived and you still want to cancel your order, send us back the socks in original condition and we will refund you the price of the socks.


What is your return policy?

If for whatever reason you wish to return your socks you are of course more than welcome to. We accept returns within 30days of when your order shipped, as long as they are in their original packing and condition. Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving the returns and the refund will be for the full value of the socks, however will not include shipping cost.

If your socks are being returned because they are faulty please make sure to let us know so we can send you out a nice new replacement pair on us.

“Original condition” means:

Socks may not be tried on or washed
Socks may not be worn
The packaging cannot be altered - everything must be intact.

If you do feel the need to return your socks for any reason and opt not to have  replacement pair please let us know why, we are always doing our best to improve our products and services so we would love your feedback!

Do you offer free return shipping?

No we do not.


What is your exchange policy?

Sometimes we all make mistakes, if for some reason you get your parcel and all of sudden realise you got the wrong colour or size we will happily exchange them for you. To exchange your socks simply pop us an email, give us a call or simply return your socks in Original condition to us with a note enclosed as to what you would like us to send you and we will sort it out for you.

Once again, “original condition” means:

Socks may not be tried on or washed
Socks may not be worn
The packaging cannot be altered - everything must be in-tact.
