The New Zealand Sock Company uses the latest platforms and gateways to provide a safe, secure site for electronic transactions.

Visitors under the age of 18 should not sign-in to the website or submit any information to us.

The intellectual property rights in this website are owned and controlled by The New Zealand Sock Company Limited. No right, title or interest in any of the contents of the website will be transferred to you as a result of downloading, electronically copying or printing or attaching to e-mail such material.
We respect your privacy and can assure you that we do not sell rent or pass on of your details to any third parties. Your details are kept secure with us for the express purpose of selling and delivering our socks to you.


Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping charges are  added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. The New Zealand Sock Company charges a flat rate for shipping  that will be determined by your destination country.
This charge includes the picking, packing and delivery of your order, to any physical address, serviced by the standard courier network.  Please note that we do not dispatch to post office boxes. Please contact us if you have any doubt about your location.

We  anticipate a delivery time within 14 days of your order being placed subject to the final destination. Some isolated regions may require additional delivery time on occasions.   Please note that we cannot account for any customs delays or the fact that delays may be caused if you are not at home when your courier parcel is delivered.
          
If the order is a significantly large overseas order we may contact you in regards to other shipping options and quotes and we will notify you directly.
Tracking is available for International orders. You will be sent details of your tracking number once your goods are dispatched.

Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
The New Zealand Sock Company stands by the quality of our products and will endeavour to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

The New Zealand Sock Company will pay the return shipping costs if a return is a result of our error or faulty. Any product proven to be faulty will be replaced when returned.

The products depicted on our site are our best representation of the actual product. Please note that the colours may vary slightly from those pictured due to the variation in colour reproduction.
