Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping charges are  added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. The New Zealand Sock Company charges a rate for shipping  that will be determined by your destination country.
This charge includes the picking, packing and delivery of your order, to any physical address, serviced by the standard courier network.  Please note that we do not dispatch to post office boxes. Please contact us if you have any doubt about your location.

International orders may incur duties and taxes at the discretion of the country you are shipping to.

The Recipient (the person your order will be shipped to) is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes associated with your order.

The New Zealand Sock Company Ltd (NZSOCKCO) only collects merchandising and shipping charges at checkout. Your NZSOCKCO order total DOES NOT include applicable duties and taxes.

You are responsible for any additional charges to re-ship or forward your package if the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address.

You are responsible for the expense of return shipping and any related duties and taxes.

We  anticipate a delivery time within 14 days of your order being placed subject to the final destination. Some isolated regions may require additional delivery time on occasions.   Please note that we cannot account for any customs delays or the fact that delays may be caused if you are not at home when your courier parcel is delivered.
           
If the order is a significantly large overseas order we may contact you in regards to other shipping options and quotes and we will notify you directly.


Tracking is available for International orders. You will be sent details of your tracking number once your goods are dispatched.
