Products

Are all your products made from merino wool?
Please check the composition tab under the product information page for specific details for each style of product.

We do specialise in making merino wool products however we do supply from time to time a range of other products.

Can I order other styles that feature on your website online?
Sorry at this stage we have limited our range of products available for online sales. Should you wish to purchase other products then please contact us at sales@nzsock.co.nz  to find out who stocks our product and where/how you may obtain it?

Do I need to take special care of my socks?
We recommend following the wash instructions shown on the packaging and for extended life of your merino wool socks we suggest turning inside out before placing them in the wash. 

What happens if the socks I ordered are the wrong size?
Please use the size guide provided on the website to assist your selection. Many of our products will have some degree of stretch to accommodate feet within a range of sizes as specified. If however you have inadvertently ordered the wrong size then please return the product to us unopened in its original packaging and we will replace it with your a size of your choice within the size  ranges offered on our online shop.

What if my order hasn’t arrived after 14 days?
All information on tracking is supplied to us by the postal services and is automatically updated through their tracking service.

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time please contact  your depot as listed in the tracking record. If you are unable to find your order then please contact us and we will gladly follow up on your behalf. Please remember to have your order number on any correspondence to ensure prompt service.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?
After placing your order, an e mail confirmation will automatically be sent to your e mail address. Please ensure that you add our email address orders@nzsock.co.nz  to your address book or check your spam filters to ensure that our e mails can be received.

An email will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number for your package. Orders are shipped within two working days after your order has been placed.

How can I track my order?
For international orders we currently use New Zealand post. You can track your order through their website at www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking

For deliveries within New Zealand you can track your order through www.pbt.co.nz and enter your tracking number in eth PBTrack box  at the top right corner of the page of their website.


Making payment

Do you take XXXX card?
We accept all major international credit cards including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Please do not send you credit card details to us by a single email as this is not secure. Always look to your address bar to ensure that you are working within a secure site e.g. https://

I don’t have a credit card. How else can I pay?
You can use your online banking services or arrange a bank draft. Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of payment into our account.
